What needed solving

FindMyHotel was bleeding $750+/year on HubSpot + Zoho + an SMS gateway, and still none of those tools spoke WhatsApp — which is where 95% of their leads actually came from. The team was double-entering everything by hand.

Payment + booking ledger

Razorpay-linked, reconciled per booking, exportable for accounting.

Live KPIs: leads today, conversion %, avg quote-to-booking time.
