Digicular

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 May 2026

Who we are

Digiocular is a digital agency based in India, serving clients across India and a handful of international markets. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through digiocular.com and our affiliated services (ReviewWala, Digiocular Tools, and any client engagement we operate).

What data we collect

We collect two kinds of data:

  • Form submissions — when you fill in our contact, brand audit, or newsletter forms we store the name, business name, email, phone, services of interest, budget range, and message text you provide.
  • Site analytics — anonymous usage metrics via PostHog and Vercel Analytics: pages viewed, referrer, rough geolocation (city/country level), device class, and interaction events such as button clicks. We do not collect full IP addresses for analytics purposes.

How we use it

  • To reply to inquiries and brand audit requests (typically within 24 hours).
  • To send newsletter content if you have explicitly opted in. Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To improve the website — understanding which pages convert, which fall short, which devices struggle.
  • To comply with legal obligations if any arise (tax, audit, statutory queries).

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertising networks. We do not run remarketing pixels.

Third-party services we use

Our stack is intentionally lean:

  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery. Vercel may log request metadata for fraud prevention and platform operations.
  • PostHog — product analytics, self-hosted EU region with anonymisation enabled.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact and audit form replies.
  • Google Fonts — fonts served from Google's CDN.

Each of these processors has their own privacy policy and we only share the minimum data necessary to perform the service.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and equivalent international frameworks, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold on you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention duties).
  • Opt out of newsletter and marketing communications.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, with future effect.

To exercise any of these, email us at digiocular@gmail.com with the subject line “DPDP request”. We respond within 7 working days.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained for up to 36 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless an active engagement requires longer storage. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for up to 24 months.

Security

We use TLS for all data in transit, store form submissions in encrypted email and database storage, and limit internal access to staff who genuinely need it. That said, no system is perfectly secure; please don’t share sensitive financial or health information through our website.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a fresh “Last updated” date.
