You are standing on our website development service page. Instead of telling you we build sites that hold attention and convert, we built this one to do it to you. Scroll: the next fourteen days of your project play out on the way down.

Day 1 to 2 · Discovery

Most websites don’t have a traffic problem.
They have a leak.

Before we design anything, we audit what you have: real device, throttled network, the way your customers actually arrive. The report on the right is what that audit finds on a typical template site. Slow paint, broken phone layout, invisible to search engines and AI answers.

Every one of those rows is money quietly leaving. Fixing them is not a redesign preference; it is the difference between a brochure and a machine that books customers while you sleep.

Day 3 to 7 · Design

Watch a design happen.

Before pixels: what must this page make people do? We wireframe the one action that pays (here: reserve a room) and cut everything that competes with it.

No house style.
That is the house style.

A template shop makes every client look like its last client. Here are five recent builds. Same team, five different worlds.

Day 8 to 12 · Build

Then we build it like software.
Because it is.

Your site ships on Next.js and React, the same stack running Netflix and Notion, deployed to Vercel’s edge network. No page builders, no plugin roulette, no monthly ransom to keep a theme alive.

The terminal on the right is not decoration. Those are the gates every Digiocular build must pass before we send you the handover email, and the repo lands in your GitHub account, not ours. Fire us anytime and the site stays yours.

The honest comparison nobody shows you.

WordPress is fine for blogs. Wix is fine for hobbies. For a business where every second of load time costs bookings, here is how the four common paths actually compare.

Day 14 · Handover

Everything on this ledger ships with every project.

14 line items, itemized before you pay a rupee or a dollar. The list is identical at $349 and at $1,299; the tiers change scope, never standards.

On Day 14 you get the repo, the analytics dashboards, the domain, and a Loom walking you through all of it. If we disappeared tomorrow, your site wouldn’t notice.

Questions, answered straight.

How long does it take?

Landing pages: 3–4 days. Hotel / business / portfolio / restaurant sites: 5–7 days. Booking systems and SaaS marketing sites: 7–10 days. E-commerce and 8+ page corporate: 2–3 weeks. We commit a launch date on day one and we hit it 100% of the time.

What tech stack do you build on?

Every build is Next.js 16 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS v4, deployed to Vercel edge. We use Magic UI / Radix UI for components, Framer Motion for animation, Schema.org for SEO, and Vercel Analytics + PostHog for tracking. No WordPress. No Wix. No drag-drop builders. Modern, fast, owned by you.

Do we own the code?

Yes — fully. The repo lives in YOUR GitHub org from day one. You can self-host, hand off to another agency, or extend it with another team whenever you want. Zero vendor lock-in.

Why Next.js and not WordPress?

WordPress runs on PHP, needs a database, requires monthly plugin patches, and averages 60–75 PageSpeed. Next.js generates static HTML at build time, has no plugins to maintain, and routinely hits 95+ PageSpeed. For service-business websites where speed = bookings, this isn't close.

Where is the site hosted?

Vercel free tier deployed under YOUR account — sub-2-second loads worldwide, 99.9% uptime, $0/month for most sites. Prefer your own host (AWS, DigitalOcean, traditional cPanel)? We'll set it up there. The domain stays purchased + owned by you directly.

What's included in ongoing support?

First 2 weeks post-launch: minor tweaks on us. After that, optional $49/month maintenance plan covers security monitoring, content updates (up to 2 pages/month), performance monitoring, and uptime alerts. Need to add a new page or feature? $25/hr pay-as-you-go or our quarterly $199 refresh plan.

Will my site be secure?

HTTPS + SSL by default. Hosted on Vercel which provides DDoS protection and WAF. No WordPress-style plugin vulnerabilities. No SQL injection surface because we use static-first architecture for marketing sites. For SaaS / e-commerce builds, we add CSP headers, rate limits, and security review as part of the package.

Can we extend the site later — add features, integrations?

Yes — that's literally why we picked this stack. Want a booking system later? $249 add-on. New payment integration? $249. AI chatbot trained on your FAQ? $599. Custom dashboard? $499. All add-on prices are upfront, no surprises. See the full add-ons menu on /pricing.

What if I want to migrate from WordPress / Wix / Squarespace?

Migrations are $299 flat fee — we move your content, redirect old URLs to new ones (so you don't lose SEO ranking), and verify Google Search Console + Analytics continuity. Most migrations finish in 5–7 days.

Day 14 of 14 · project complete

You just watched
the whole process.

That took you about three minutes. The real one takes about two weeks and ends with a site that does to your customers what this page just did to you.
