Our flow is a one-sided ask, not a gate. We send every customer the same WhatsApp template asking 'how was your experience?' If they tap 5★, we make it one-tap easier to leave a public review (because most people don't, even when they're happy). If they tap <4★, we route the feedback to you privately first — so you can fix the underlying issue. We never block anyone from leaving any review on any platform. Google's policy allows this; we follow it.
Can you remove a bad review?+
Honest answer: no, not magically. We can flag policy violations (fake reviews, off-topic, hate speech) to the platform for removal — and we succeed ~30% of the time.
